On the past weekend, December 1st and 2nd 2017, the KW Water Polo Winter Classic Tournament was held.
It is organized every year by the KW Inferno waterpolo team, in Waterloo.
This year was for three age groups, 14U boys. 14U girls and 12U coed and it was a huge success for the Mavericks team which particapated with three teams in the 14U Boys group, wining Gold for the Mavricks Black team, Silver for the Mavricks Red and 6th for the Mavricks White.
The U14 girls won the Gold and Bronze for the 12U Mavricks Colts and 5th place for the Mavricks Mustangs.
